Open for lunch, poolside restaurant Aquavit is the place for casual, sun-soaked meals. Apaggio is the showpiece restaurant, serving a six-course tasting menu and à la carte offering. 

 The beautiful sweeping beach and backdrop of gently rolling hills make Carlisle Bay the perfect haven for your Caribbean holiday. The all-suite resort is especially popular with families but a wonderful spa, as well as adult-only dining areas and accommodation, ensures that couples are well looked after too.
